Whether you're new to Structure or just want to understand how we do things differently, these answers will give you clarity and confidence before you ever step through the door.

What will my first time in your gym be like?

If it's your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, we’ll do a quick fitness assessment with you, and we’ll walk through what you can expect.

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

If you’re just starting out, we recommend 2–3 days per week for your first couple of weeks, then build to four, and eventually five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we suggest incorporating two recovery days.

I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?

Absolutely. We don’t discriminate. Whether you’re a marathoner or someone walking the dog is your only workout, recovering from injury, a parent, athlete, or professional, we’ll design workouts for your level. Our unique community brings people of all backgrounds together to progress together—yes, anyone can do it.
