A 10-week structured performance training series for Junior High (6-8) and High School (9-12) athletes.


THIS IS NOT A CAMP
This is not random workouts.
This is not babysitting.
This is not conditioning for the sake of conditioning.The Summer Strength Series is a progression-based training system designed to help athletes:
✔ Get stronger safely
✔ Improve movement mechanics
✔ Build durability
✔ Increase confidence in the weight room
✔ Prepare physically before the season begins
We prepare athletes for the demands of the season.

We separate athletes by age and gender to ensure appropriate coaching and progressions.

Athletes train alongside other serious student-athletes under shared standards and professional coaching. Times will be determined by demand.
WHAT EACH SESSION INCLUDES
Every session (75 minutes) includes:
Speed, Power & Acceleration Work
- Sprint mechanics and plyos
- Acceleration drills
- Change-of-direction training
Strength Training
- Technique-first lifting
- Foundational and progressive strength
- Core and auxiliary work
Conditioning
- Aerobic + anaerobic development
- Sport-relevant workloads
Athletic Education
- Warm-up protocols
- Recovery habits
- Injury-risk reduction principles
JUNIOR HIGH VS HIGH SCHOOL EMPHASIS
